We want you to love your nora fleming collection; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items and seasonal clearance pieces are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Safely place your ceramic bases or minis in their original gift boxes and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
